At Event Tech, we’ve realized that our friendly competitors are some of our best customers.  Cross-renting is the name of the game in this industry and that’s why we make our Production Department’s inventory available for rental.  We continue to expand our inventory with the industry professional in mind.

Audio Department:
Martin Audio LE1500 monitorMartin Audio LE1500 monitors. We recently took ownership of 24- LE1500 floor monitors. These monitors sound amazing! They are loaded with a 15" LF and 2" HF, switchable bi-amp or passive, extremely low profile and high output. Perfect for any environment from corporate to concert.

Yamaha Digital Consoles.  Now stocking the newest digital consoles from Yamaha- the LS9-16 and LS9-32, and the touring industry standard, the PM5D-RH digital consoles.  The LS9’s are some of the easiest, lightweight, digital consoles to use, and offer a built-in USB memory recorder/player.  Our PM5D-RH inventory includes a pair of these consoles ready to use in a variety of environments.
Yamaha PM5D-RHJBL VT4888 line-array speakers. To meet our customer’s needs we have increased our inventory to 42 VT4888 line-array speakers. We also stock all the Array Frames and Short Frames you could want.
Crown I-Tech amplifiers. Our I-Tech 8000’s are state of the art amps in many ways. Packaged in our 400 racks, these amps are extremely efficient, are lightweight, and sound great.
Midas consoles. We have had nothing but great responses from our customers who have rented our Venice 320, Verona 400, and Siena 480 consoles. Try one of these on your next show and hear the difference.
HME PRO850 wireless communication. The newest addition to our wireless communication inventory is a 2 channel system. The PRO850 unit from HME, the leader in wireless communication, is rock solid and truly the best of the best.
Shure UHF-R wireless microphone systems. We now stock the UHF-R wireless systems with Beta87a or Beta58a hand held transmitters and almost any headset, head worn, or lavaliere mic you could want. This is the most advanced wireless microphone system in the world, and is a breeze to setup and operator.
Countryman E6 headset microphones. Extremely low profile and light weight. These headset mics sound amazing and are perfect in many applications. Our inventory of them now includes 10 mics terminated to a T4 connector to work with the Shure wireless systems. Speaking of low profile mics, we also have a large inventory of Shure WL93T lavalieres, also terminated to a T4 connector. Perfect for any theatrical production.
Micro Wedge 12 monitors. This great sounding wedge features a 12”/2” coaxial design, switchable bi-amp or passive mode, and a lower profile than the Clair 12AM. This extremely rugged floor monitor is at home in corporate, convention, industrial, or concert applications. Rent the wedge with our Custom Shop Crown MA Monitor Racks which include four Macrotech 36x12 amplifiers with PIP-AMCb crossover cards wired with XLR in & thru, audio ground lifts, NL4 and 19 pin output, and L14-30 electric.
Motion Laboratories Audio PDs. These rackmount audio power distro’s feature Cam-Lok I/O, [6] Edison duplex circuits, [3] each L21-30 and L5-20 circuits, and [9] L14-30 circuits, all in a compact 14 space rack on wheels.

Lighting Department:
COLORado Batten 72 Tour LED strip lightCOLORado Batten 72 TOUR LED strip light. Adding to our continued effort for a greener world, we have purchased the best and most versatile LED strip light available. The COLORado Batten 72 TOUR features 72 1-watt LEDs and includes amber and white for true color temperature matching, and be able to create pastels!
Hog1000 moving light console. This moving light console is great for small to mid-level shows that require control of up to 1024 DMX channels. If you are familiar with the Wholehog 2 operating system, you will instantly be comfortable using this console.
Motion Laboratories Edison/19pin PDs. Mounted into a road case not much bigger than a motor distro, these PD’s offer Cam-Lok I/O, [12] Edison duplex circuits, and [12] 20amp circuits wired to [2] 19pin connectors for a total of [24] 20amp circuits.
Edison Stringers. Available in 25’ and 50’ lengths, these stringers are great for any event that has regular intervals of power drops. Such as uplights along a ballroom wall, or computer stations. The 25’ lengths offer 4 receptacles, and the 50’ lengths offer 6 receptacles.
24way VX touring racks. In order to keep up with the constant demand, we’ve added another pair of these fully-loaded versatile dimmer racks. Each rack is a 24way x 2.4k VX dimming system with Cam-Lok I/O, stagepin output for each dimmer, 8 patch-able 19 pins, 6 non-dim circuits, DMX in and thru, and a separate DMX in and thru with a 4way isolated splitter. These touring racks (manufactured by Leprecon) are loaded and built for the road.
48way ETC Sensor touring racks. Our 48way Sensor racks are as loaded as they come. When you absolutely, positively need to patch anything to anywhere, accept no substitute.
• Fixtures, fixtures, fixtures! Source 4’s (50° – 5°), Source 4 PAR’s, PAR64, PAR56, PAR38, 8-light audience blinders, Fresnels, broad cycs, and pin spots — the types and quantities just keep growing.
DMX Snakes. These snakes offer 2 channels of 5pin, 2 channels of 3pin, and an Edison circuit. They are lightweight, have heavy duty jackets with colored ends for easy identification, and come in lengths that make sense.
Feeder cable. More dimming, more amps, and more fixtures require more feeder cable. We have added thousands of feet of 2/5 feeder, 2/0 feeder and 4/0 feeder. Don’t forget — we have jumpers and tails of all flavors!

Staging and Rigging Department:
Hall A Hangers. Specifically designed for Exhibit Hall A in the Baltimore Convention Center, these hangers will also work in venues that offer rigging from 1-5/8” unistrut. Load ratings of 125# and 500# per point available.
Airwall track hangers. Manufactured by The Light Source, and with a load rating of 500# and 750# capacities, these airwall hangers require no tools and fit most hotel airwall tracks.
Circle Truss. We now inventory two 15’ OD circle trusses constructed of 12” box truss. Each circle is made with eight pieces. So your imagination is the only limitation to what designs you can do with this truss.
Truss and motors. We have all the accessories to get any rig in the air, including: 12” general purpose box truss in 10’, 8’, 5’, and 2.5’ lengths with 5way corner blocks and pre-rigged truss in 7’7” sections with 4way corners blocks and 20.5” box truss. Our motor inventory includes 1ton and 1/2 ton sizes all with 7pin connectors and 60’ of lift. We have 8 1/2 ton motors that are 110volt — no need to tie in power to get the rig flown.
Soft goods. Truss borders, legs, blackdrops, muslin cycs, pipe and drape, scrim, and condoms. We maintain an inventory of soft goods that will complement any theatre or event space.
AEI L16 lifts. These crank-up lifts are great; with a 500# capacity, and a 95# weight, these lifts are a one-man job.
Fly Towers and Mix Positions. We are constantly designing better fly towers and mix positions for the outdoor and indoor markets. Our System Scaffolding, utilizing a rosette with 8 connection points, is highly flexible. Fly Towers with over 5000# point load rigging capacity utilize lightweight aluminum beams for ease of construction. Our mix positions can be 1 level, 2 level, or 3 level, all with easy access; we also carry skins and scrims to protect you and your equipment from the elements.
Dura Trac Flooring. When your venue requires ground protection and your show requires heavy vehicle access, we have the solution. Our Dura Trac interlocking plastic flooring is National Park Service approved, and can handle just about any load imaginable.
Bike Rack Barricade…you know what it is, and what it's for. Do we really need to elaborate?

Event Tech requires equipment to be reserved no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period or additional charges may apply. A minimum security deposit of $50.00 cash will apply to all rentals. All rentals are COD except upon approved credit. A $35.00 fee is applied to all checks returned from the bank, regardless of reason. Rental fees may not be applied toward the purchase of any equipment. All equipment may be examined by the customer at time of pickup (or delivery) and must be returned in the same condition received. Daily Rate is based on a 24-hour rental period. 1 week is equal to a 3-day rental period. Weekends are a 1 1⁄2-day rate except on specialty items. Some items may require proof of insurance.

Event Tech accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Company Check (no personal checks accepted)

Delivery and pickup of all items is available anywhere in the continental US. All prices are subject to change without notice. When traveling from Washington, D.C. and points south:
• Begin on Interstate 95 driving north towards Baltimore.
• Take exit #49A (I-695 east) towards Glen Burnie, travel approximately 8.2mi.
• Take exit #1 (MD-173/Hawkins Point Rd.). This is the last exit before the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
• Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Quarantine Rd.
• Turn left at the 1st light onto Hawkins Point Rd.
• At Fort Armistead Rd., the road changes names to Ft. Smallwood Rd, travel approximately 2.1mi on Ft. Smallwood Rd.
• Turn right onto Energy Pkwy. Travel approximately 0.1mi.
• Turn left onto Brandon Woods Blvd. and make an immediate right into the parking lot of our building.
• 7601 Brandon Woods Blvd.

When traveling from New York and points north:
• Begin on Interstate 95 driving south towards Baltimore.
• Take the Fort McHenry Tunnel (toll - $2 for a 2 axle vehicle, $2/additional axle).
• Take exit #49A (I-695 east) towards Glen Burnie, travel approximately 8.2mi.
• Take exit #1 (MD-173/Hawkins Point Rd.). This is the last exit before the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
